DriveX connects users with independent drivers for rides or deliveries. We are a platform and do not own or operate the vehicles used to provide these services.
02User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details, including pickup and drop-off locations.
- Be ready at the pick-up or delivery point at the agreed time.
- Treat drivers and partners with respect at all times.
03Driver Responsibilities
- Arrive promptly and deliver services safely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle at all times.
04Payment Terms
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other relevant factors. All payments are processed electronically through the app.
05Promo Codes
Promo codes are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Misuse of a promo code may result in account suspension.
06Prohibited Use
You may not use DriveX to:
- Commit fraud or impersonate others.
- Transport illegal goods.
- Harm, threaten, or harass others.
07Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including logos and trademarks, belongs to DriveX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our written permission.
08Limitation of Liability
DriveX acts as a platform connecting users with independent drivers and is not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers, delays, or losses arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
